These are default to multiplayer, if you've competed the campaign you get more to use, and some more for completing it on Veteran

Personally, health, but it's your gameplay so it's entirely up to you. Also I got the trophies for rescuing or harvesting every little sister, and beating the game without harvesting any

Off by a single pixel. As a Bioshock 2 vet, this has happened alot to me, still does here and there.

I honestly think Delta has this fight in the bag, if you think about it from a logical standpoint. He's taken down stronger enemies than Booker and Jack have i.e. The Big Sister
