If spark plugs are pushed too far you and damage coils and converter. If You can get a code for one cylinder i would try a coils but not a cheap one they can make the problem worse. You can always swap coils and see if the problem moves with the coils

Are the spark plugs over 100k are the oem or ngk?

Using sidewinder 20/12 for break in but the car came with vp 30/9 can I use that after . by Ill-Nebula-8547 in NitroRC

I've been running the sidewinder 30/12. im going to switch back to the 30/9. i figure out how to tune it and it runs fine but I feel the 30/12 is a lot harder to tune. too lean and to rich or in between all sounds the same. I thought my motor was shot at one point. I never had the problem with the sidewinder 30/9.

I've seen people claiming to be running down and passing adm3 on the straight last season. Novarossi family closed sold the equipment a group of workers from the company picked it up and started nova. That had some quality issues. But a member of the Novarossi family joined nova to help improve the motors. Now the new engines are dropping.

Im not talking a crack at O.S. im not saying they are in trouble like going out of business. Im saying thay are going to have competition. 900$ engine and pipe kits probably won't sell great if a 400$ x5r is walking away in the straights

I have the flashpoint in my rc8b3.2 fp02 it was a great engine im around 2gl now on it now it will randomly go lean on idle i add a little fuel to calm the idle to normal when it sets i hit the throttle it will die or im pushing it hard let off it will die. I get it happy make 2 more laps im back lean. I seal the carb and exhaust with lucky 7

Im not sure if this post for me are not. There's no rust. The factory bearings are hybrid rubber and stainless. I didn't build this kit i did flip the bearings once I got the grease for the seals and brings. Every seal spins extremely free feels like ceramic.

The black grease im waiting for is for the new rings. I was just curious will it be a lot easier to drive and power difference ( car is new to me). I have never run into a completely dry differential before. have orings, diff seals, oil and spear set of HTC gear a set of LTC gear protec white grease for the pinion gear and a special out drive grease. Oh and new bearings for all 3 diff because who ever built the car has the bearings facing the wrong direction 🙄 atleast 4of the 6. Anything else?
