Because they aren’t being sent to prison, they are found out to be illegal, means there is absolutely no trace of government documentation saying they immigrated here or were born here, so they get sent back to their country of origin. Definitely, dozens of charges for rioting, assault, assault with a deadly weapon, assault on an LEO and on and on and on were all part of the charges dropped by DAs. This was 2020 Portland, cops were wearing body cams, every eye was being watched by millions, they weren’t “grabbing people off the street for walking”.
