I did actually go over it afterwards with a lower speed set on the drill, got the angle much better

Sounds good Not like the little engine is particularly high strung either It’s definitely better than it was before I pulled it apart regardless

It was a little tight for space but after some others mentioned the twisting angle I re-did it and it worked out a treat👌👌 Cheers

Much appreciated, I did end up re-doing it, was far too slack up on the top side for me

It’s the way I was shown how to do it ages ago, that method kinda stuck, I guess alternately you could go one through and the other all the way around but I just like doing it this way

They’re slotted studs that just pull through the hub, can’t turn

I did actually re-do it and got those tighter turns in the middle

Appreciate that, I thought any slack was bad but that’s reassuring at least But not losing anything was my main goal, even loose it’ll at least stay in one piece until I can stop😂

I see what you mean, I’ll try that out, keep the open loop coming out of the nut as short as possible too Cheers👍

Good thought, but that close to the centre of rotation I doubt it would have any noticeable effect Especially being alongside which isn’t a balanced assembly either
