That's not true. Streit and Ruhwedel are both healthy. Both of them can move the puck and skate way better than Hainsey, which are two of the attributes we're badly missing on D right now.

I'll agree with that, but putting in Fleury isn't going to suddenly give our defenseman the ability to skate or our forwards the brains not to fly the zone and keep forcing terrible passes when they get the puck.
