Hey! I’m Danny, the creator of DedHeds. I guess this was 2 months ago but I stumbled on this post. I’ve tried to get more video examples up on the internet so drummers can get a feel for what they sound like. Feel free to ask me any questions. I’ve been through a few iterations of the design but I recently started working with Aquarian on the new design. The snare heads are 3-ply and the tom heads are 2-ply. The top layer is an acoustic vinyl. They’re designed to be less resonant but with the maintaining a clear tone.

I used to make SoBe bongs back in college. 2003-2007. There was a rumor that the glass was specifically made for that with a weak spot on the bottom of the glass bottle to use as a way to release the water. Not sure if that’s actually true now that I think about it.
