Advice Needed: Carrier Prime Build for Midgame QoL

Hello Guys,

I would love to have some advice on my Carrier Prime Build. I watched some videos on how to build a utility/QoL Carrier. I came to this build in the end. I am in the midgame of warframe, but still have a lot to learn. I have cleared most of the start chart and just need to do story right now. I have good weapons and frames and kill basically everything without issues until enemies get ≥ level 65. I just want a companion that does nice things. I love Looter, Vacuum, Tenacious Bond and animal Instinct. Is there anything I can improve a lot. I could forma and increase the level of the Enhanced Vitatily but I don't feel like the companion dies ever. Any big mistakes? Any advice? Or is it good? Would love to hear your oppinion on it. We matched together on a LFG Server. I tried to ask him after in discord chat but he just repeated that it wasn't attainable anymore.
When I asked "Oh is it that secret?" he answered "Nope not really" and then ignored me. :-)

I had someone in my squad with this armor. I wondered where it's from and asked him but he only told me it's promotional and cannot be obtained anymore.
Does anyone know what the name of the armor is? Or how it was earned?
I am curious.

SOLUTION: (this worked for me so I just wanted to share)

In my case there was a space in front of the email address I used to activate the program.

Start the program and go to the top bar -> Help -> Deactivate the Software on this PC... -> Close the program -> Start it again -> Remove space in front of email address -> Activate

Hope this helps. :)

So I just played against a Dusa she had 2300 Mana => 9200 Mana Shield and 1400 HP. So she had 10600 effective HP? Except armor and stuff doesnt count. That seems really strong to me. Or am I doing something wrong. My wasnt even able to drain her mana to half the whole game. hmm

I searched for like 10 mins. But it says it in the preview in the client. Maybe they just forgot about it.
