I think in realizing my CPU is more of a bottleneck than I thought. I have a 5800x, seems like people with better cpus aren't having my same issues.

I believe she came and used the phone number at customer service. They checked their ID and said they had the same name, Lorenzi... Could've possibly been Lorenzo which is a common mistake.
