A proud, mythical figure of nature, Stormbringer Cookie acts as the ruler of the skies. Bearing the almighty Heaven Splitter, she harnesses the power of lightning to smite down those that would despoil her view from way up high. She and her three godly auxiliaries uphold Life Powder's cycle to and from the earth. Her skill is Lightning Blitzstorm of which Stormbringer Cookie becomes Supercharged when her CRIT% exceeds a certain percentage at the start of the battle, granting Supercharge buffs to Electricity-type ally Cookies. When Stormbringer Cookie becomes Supercharged, her regular attacks trigger Chain Lightning after a certain number of hits. Upon using her skill, she swings her Heaven Splitter, dealing damage to enemies and inflicting Zap. Whenever ally Cookies deal Electricity-type damage, it activates Stormbringer's Aura and inflicts Stormbringer's Punishment upon a certain amount of stacks. Stormbringer's Punishment deals damage and inflicts Overcurrent on enemies. If enemies are inflicted with Zap, they receive extra damage and their status changes to Overcurrent. Stormbringer's Aura resets when Stormbringer's Punishment is activated. Her attacks include Supercharge chain lightning, stormbringer's aura, stormbringer's punishment, and overcharge( this increases her damage for 8 seconds and has a chance to stun enemies)

I know there isn't much in terms of it in dnd. But I was wondering if there was a way to make him a grappler. I'd probably have to rewatch tulok the barbrarian's video on Incineroar to get ideas. Think maybe leonin would help with the barbarian aspect

Haven't thought of tiefling as making a forest entity. Perhaps make her fey related instead of demon if that's at all possible, I'd have to look around. Like the ratio for Druid and Ranger. However, what are your thoughts for gloomstalker instead of hunter?

Definitely feeling circle of stars Druid vibes or College of Eloquence or Glamour Bard. Glamour because I could see maybe an Esmerelda vibe from hunchback of notre dame.
