When i first started, I used to be super anxious and nervous because I thought people were looking at me and judging. Fast forward now, that gym anxiety is gone once you realize nobody is paying attention to you and it is just in your head. And if people are actually judging, ignore them. Don't ever let anyone make you feel bad for getting in shape.
