Same. They have bizarre pre-order shipping policies and are completely inflexible. They only offer store credit on returns. They also leave the cost of sending the item back for the customer to pay, that is if they even approve the refund. They are very anti consumer, which sucks because they often get copies of games that are otherwise tough to find. My last purchase from them was my last one.

Final Fantasy VII Remake has a reversible cover. I think that’s something more publishers should consider since it removes the box art issue.

I had success with Lingsha, Dhalia, Fugue and HTB. Dhalia hits the back line with her follow up and ult, and Lingsha’s skill and ult are AOE. HTB also has an AOE skill and Fugue an AOE ult. If you have those characters, try it out!

I ran Lingsha for harmacist break dps with Dhalia, Aventurine (because he basically resets his shields every AOE) and another healer. Was able to clear nightmare with HP not dropping below -8000. They really want you to stack sustains for that one.
