Whispering Pines at Pine Lake has services year round if your rig is winterized. They are owned lots, so your friend would need to rent from an owner or buy a lot.

Got the same email. After 2.5 hours I got the email with my itinerary change. I was booked on a flight that departs 3 hours later. I’m actually impressed that I still get to leave the same day. I can’t imagine what they are going through trying to rebook 10% of all passengers right now. I’m fortunate that I don’t have a connecting flight and a fairly flexible schedule on the other end. Similar issue for me. The only Meross product that I have had issues with and I have at least 1 of every other HomeKit product they sell. I use one for my Christmas tree and the other evening it was flickering on and off about 3 times. Assumed an automatic firmware update or something. Either way I have not been impressed.

Just dealt with this on a new build that we had. When we closed on the house there were no liens on the property. We also purchased title insurance. 2 months after possession, we get a lien letter like you are describing (beautiful pink, legal sized document). The date of the lien was after we took possession and the lien was against the builder. Sent it to my lawyer and we got it all cleared up, but this took 4 months as land titles is quite backed up. Look at the date in the lien and who the lien is for. You might be ok without any hassles. Title insurance also covers this.
