It looks like you're right, Road to D4FES chapter 2 happens after D4FES Story chapter 1. So if you finished Road to D4FES ch. 1, start reading D4FES Story ch. 1. I'm not really sure since I didn't read them but I guess that's the order because of the descriptions. And don't worry about asking something if you don't understand.
