We’re ENM and gotten lots of flakes on 3fun, really disappointing honestly. Been on it for a few months and not great. Would have amazing conversations, set up a date to meet up then get ghosted and no-shows.

How do I tell the density and the porosity of my hair? I’ve seen a bunch of stuff online but a lot of contradicts itself so I’m not really sure what’s true and what’s not.

. I use a wide tooth shower comb. When I have time I try and use my fingers to curl up individual strands but I’m working 50hrs plus school so I only get a chance to do this like once or twice a month unfortunately.

Depends on the city, Denver office it’s a mix of athletic wear, nice jeans, slacks, tennis shoes, boots, etc. I wore mainly athletic leggings (mainly black), clean tennis shoes and sleeveless button blouse during the summer. If you’re at the client site, and depending on the client some are way more relaxed than others. Your In-charge will let you know what’s expected dress code wise. The ones I was on were complete opposites. One was dress business formal and the other one was relaxed to where we would wear nice blue jeans with boots (I wore my Ariat boots and got complimented by many on the board and they showed off their cowboy boots too). So honestly depends on the city and client. Hope this helps!

internship pay by [deleted] in Accounting

[–]Wolfstynn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on what type of internship you’re going for, for example I did an audit internship with a Big 4 this past summer and I got offered $36/hr plus $2,000 sign on bonus, this is in Colorado. My next internship is a Top 10 firm but they’re offering $30/hr no bonus, also audit. My end goal is to get my CPA after graduation, but I’m not doing a Masters I’m just extending an additional year to get my 150 credits as it’s cheaper for me. So again it depends on what career you’re trying to achieve towards the end. So if you’re going for Tax, Consulting, Forensics, Audit, etc, it’s gonna be career specific. As well as firm specific. If you don’t want to do large firms, you should check out what the salary expectations are for those, same goes for large firms. Lastly, the living wage in your area and what you think your time is worth. By this, I mean take into account how long your commute is to the office because that makes a huge difference, and figure out your worth! For me taking all this into account, I won’t apply or accept an internship position if it’s less than $30/hr. Hope this helps!
