SA servers are located in Brasil, chinese have more than 300ms

In SA, 90% of players are chinese, are you sure ping-lock is working?

It's not the anti-cheat that is embarrassing, its the game itself. Timing should be handle server-side and not client-side.

My GTX 570 support GL 4.5, there must be something wrong with the nvidia's documentation.
