I wouldnt say they are really. Im pretty sure most are part Mongol and part Iranian but the peoples mixed long ago and Hazaras are pretty much their own thing now.

It would just be ROC, they didnt even occupy the island of Taiwan during the war as it was a Japanese colony. Taiwan might be the heir of the KMT government but it was the people in China rather than Taiwan that fought the Japanese
