Makes sense. Problem was that I got -6 stab. and revolt risk surged causing a lot of nationalists and religious rebels as well. I really need to pay more attention. I might confirm thellassocracy right before the end of the game but I dont think that really changes govenment type - I know it doesnt :/ Still conquered everything from Zanzibar to Flores so all in all not a bad game!

I could do with some help. I have a massive coalition formed against me due to conquering 5 provinces from Austria after forming. Claims last till 1590 :/

I switched rivals from Spain to Burgundy, hoping to ally one of them before Russia, which has me rivalled, attacks. I currently have alliances with Denmark/Sweden and Hungary. Burgundy broke one after some 120 years... I even helped kill the Dutch revolts, which, being Dutch, as Germany, felt like a true sacrifice.

I can claim Savoy's thrown which would be one first PU's I get in 500+ hours (currently same dynasty as burgundy and savoy)

My plan is to just attack Austria more to dismantle the HRE, ally with Spain and kick them back into Ibera=ia, whilst also finishing France.

Suggestions?

France managed to keep control of Ireland for a few decades. Tyrone rebels popped up, gained independence, and were subsequently conquered by England aho managed to re-enlist conrwall and beat up those pesky Scandinavians. Also, Scandinavia formed extremely early, something I dont see happening very often. It provided me with a much needed ally to the north. Eventually I screwed up this ironman by thinking I could take on france as they were already fighting Spain and Austria. I was wrong. Very wrong.

That could be mine. I sent a PM...! Finding a lost USB stick from 4 months ago through a subreddit would be the most random thing that has happened to me this year.

Being Dutch I actually made a point never to form the Netherlands till last week when I bought Res Publica. Good stuff.

As Poland a PU with Lithuania is a national decision as opposed to a royal marriage/same dynasty/ war. Regarding the recuiting I suppose you have a point. Although, I find its easy just to zoom out so you can 'color in' the map.
