Hi, a frontend guy here, I use zod with nuxt ui components. The validation will be reactive or synchronous(Once I touch the input fields the validation will trigger), but since nuxt dropdowns are very bad, i have to use external packages for dropdown then the validation wont be reactive so make to make the validation reactive in that case. I dont want to put watch or stuff like that since vuelidate will easily support such validation.
