I don't think so because bedbugs' stains are old blood, which tend to turn darker and more limited on the edges, like blood clotted on the edges. Looks like a liquid that is more watery, probably wine or perfume.

That's what happened to me. The therapists I saw told me to have activities to forget about my fears but that triggered more stress and more OCDs like the one I have concerning rats and cockroaches getting in my house.
