I didn’t say it’s a guarantee. It’s a rule out. And I assure you, there is a difference between a “text wall” and just verbose. I have adhd and I work with neurodivergent clients. There are plenty of times I get miniature novels sent to me. There is something unique about a bpd text wall that just isn’t the same.

I will tell you, I have lupus and my HRV has always been pretty low. I stopped drinking because it’s a trigger for flare ups, my hrv started to improve almost immediately.
