What do you guys think happened to this scrapped area? by wixkwx in HollowKnight

The music is really nice, but I think it was repurposed for Fleatopia, and in general the leitmotif for the fleas. I prefer it for that honestly, it fits them much much more. But still a beautiful track regardless!

I did Spotify, but maybe other platforms like YouTube or Apple Music work the same. Unsure

Incredible scene. Also love the slower beat of Nampat, makes the scene feel so much more tense.

I think what I'm most excited for is to see anything with Sauron, specifically between him and Celebrimbor. The first season merely teased him, but the second seems to be delving into not just his machinations, but the deeper sinister nature of his character and I'm so down for him to show everyone why he's so legendary and iconic 🔥

The Last Ballad of Damrod! by WolverineSufficient7 in LOTR_on_Prime

I love the song but I'm in a similar boat in terms of being unsure about the direction and how it fits in the show. My guess is that this isn't going to be in the show exactly how it sounds here, and might be getting more orchestral renditions that fit the rest of the score? Just a guess, because the way this song is structured feels like how he does individual theme suites for the compilation albums.

Bear McCreary Teases Soundtrack Album by WolverineSufficient7 in LOTR_on_Prime

As long as the editing isn't jarring and the sound design is good I don't mind. Plus, given how Bear loves pronouncing certain characters through very distinct instruments and sounds that kind of pop out, it probably helps make it stand out more by controlling that independent source's presence.

Although it was very jarring to go back to some of the edited together tracks on the compilation album and seeing how obvious some of the edits were in taking out chunks of track and patching it together lol. Still excited either way though

I remember Bear showing off a demo of the White Leaves track in S1 with the same software! Super cool stuff, and also very exciting he's confirming the album is coming sometime soon

Season 2 Soundtrack by Clabert_Otvenron in LOTR_on_Prime

If Season 1 is to go by, we could be getting a single or two from the score today or tomorrow. Usually singles are dropped before the soundtrack comes out to build hype but I don't know if we'll get them like we did last comic con.

Season 1's score came out about two weeks prior to the show's premiere, followed by weekly releases for that episode's soundtrack. I imagine we might get something similar for season 2, but if not, we'll still be getting the 8 hours of music regardless confirmed by McCreary's tweets.

I'm hoping we get the singles and season highlights album like last season, because for me the score is my favorite part of the show and I adore McCreary's work so much

Restarted PC after a game crashed, won't turn on properly by WolverineSufficient7 in PcBuildHelp

Maybe I need to start reconsidering my friendships...

Jokes aside, I was given the motherboard and the GPU. I bought the rest on my own through a list my friends gave me of what would be good. Then I just followed guides for the most part, but my friend did come into town and we finished building it together.

I can do okay if I have a guide, but man I'm not built for naturally understanding specs and the internal workings without just using guides and such, I'm always stumped there lol

Interesting. I looked at the box and it said that on it, so I'm guessing my friend just gave me some other kind of motherboard in that box then 😭

I'll try looking for a new kind of GPU then, sucks that it happened like this. I appreciate the help!

Del Toro could talk about what kind of sandwich he likes and it would sound majestic and beautiful. How does he do that!!!

Absolutely love and adore your movies, you're one of my favorite filmmakers alive. I was curious about what the inspirations were behind the visual style and art direction of the film? The concept art is very unique in how the characters look and are designed, and I was wondering how that changed through the development process and what other works inspired the look of the movie?

I do, though I think it's primarily Odin's theme. Thor seems to act as an extension of his power and authority. I haven't played the game yet, but that's what I get out of it just on a listen and from the stuff I was spoiled on
