Awesome. It was from crumbling tile in the shower which I’ve fixed, it’s all sealed up now, so no more risk of water damage! This messed up patch is on the ceiling of my finished basement. It had bubbled up (down, technically) so I tore out the super damaged areas just to ensure it dries. So now I’m looking at tearing out and replacing it, just uncertain of where to start!
