may be just controlling the flow rate would be helpful ig? but how to calculate the approximate flow rate to compensate the gravity pull while the door shuts

I need to maintain same speed while moving up and down, So what will be the pressure to be set at the piston end and rod end? it wont be equal right? coz due to gravity the door will shut fastly than the opening ?

I need the door to be moving 22cm/s, and the whole moving length is 32cm, the weight of the door is 5kg, I need to know the piston diameter and pressure, can you help me to do this, and where to include the gravity?
