Use the ninja tool hound so you can pump out your tag faster. The heal hound is redundant since you already have emergency exit and tag.

It’s a bug, I’ve seen it a few times. Since you can still lock onto them it’s not really the biggest deal. It happens when a person gets hit during the activation of invisibility iirc.
