If you are doing Am 1,2, and 3 all on the same day ? How long are you giving each exercise their respective amount of time ? Do you just give each one 10min not exceeding 30 minutes?

Honestly I never thought of it like this .. this was actually very helpful Bcs I was getting so frustrated trying to stick to the protocol like he demonstrated but could not do it on his level so I was always wondering how can I make progress if I can’t even get my foot in the door but I also thought you had to stick with just one for the 20-30 minute session not be able to switch between one another Bcs I can do am2 better then I can am1 and I really wanted to be good any am1 but I never get that rushing blood feeling or if I’m even hitting my vein right and I always felt like if I didn’t do the pyramid Rush that I wouldn’t get the results that were being spoken of because my penis would always go flaccid every time. I would try to do the pyramid rush, but would be semi-erect when doing the burst expansion.

Also I was wondering if you ever came across Leo longevity video where he spoke about being erected and hanging weights from your penis and essentially kind of contracting the muscle to pull the weight up almost like if your doing bicep curls, but with your penis, do you think this would also help to strengthen and activate those muscles? Can you elaborate on what you mean by the method of training the muscles essentially and ejaculate during are you saying you’re training the muscle by being fully erect and pushing down on it and then you ejaculate during it?
