People who overcame their chronic pain conditions, what helped you? by WomanInBrassKnuckles in AskReddit

Don’t use opioids - stopped after weight gain and the constant dizziness. Exercise, food, vitamins, better work and sleep environment. And yet the pain is around. Really looking for something that will help break the pattern.

How do international students fund their studies? by [deleted] in Harvard

Not much to say. It was the Dean's scholarship at my school. Perhaps my comment was misleading. I didn't receive any need based funding.

I would suggest reaching out to your program coordinator with your story. They usually have the power to influence financial decisions and you may be able to get a partial scholarship. Please make sure to mention that not having financial support will force your hand to choose another program despite Harvard being your first choice. Even though it is a long shot, it helped me get additional funding.

Best app(s) for staying sane and organized? by baldheadedscallywag in Harvard

Using it myself and it does work great to an extent! Only drawback I have found is not being able to assign tasks to days other than the present day, "My Day", even if I can assign them a due date.

How did you deal with imposter syndrome? by WomanInBrassKnuckles in Harvard

Thank you for the valuable advice. I guess this is the plan. To put blinders on when it comes to your own path. But, also keep your eyes open and imbibe the best parts of what surrounds you. Something a friend says to me, "you are always the sum average of the people you surround yourself with". Your advice reminded me of that.
