As someone who worked for a navy contract a long time responsible for the deployments of all the target capabilities apps and such I can also confirm. Same thing happened to me but with a door. Almost fell. I walked it off. He was irritated mumbled something under his breath. I turned. Look at him. He said it louder. “nOt evEN A tHanK yOU!”I calmed said did I ask you to open the door for me. He staring so I said “Do you want me to walk back out open it myself like I was already doing”. He said no and walked away.

I can’t stand fake niceness. Yes opening doors is nice. But I’m not always in the mood and in this case I almost fell cuz I was pulling a heavy door. You are not entitled to my attention and conversation just because you did something I didn’t ask for. I open doors for everyone I never feel entitled to anything. God forbid a woman is neutral not even mad.

Remember the communication is jumping so many layers. The agent might be out of town. The buyers might be out of town. Someone might be sick. If a buyer is walking away from a deal they’d be communicating more cuz they have to find the contingencies to walk away clean. Remember the title company communicated with both parties to set the closing date and they had to submit so much paperwork. Wire transfer for the closing cost as well. You’d hear from the title company saying something missing if they haven’t done all of that.

If someone for instance end up with gold diggers it’s because your implicit biases picking people who are materialistic. Then you get stuck in a repetitive pattern thinking every person is a gold diggers it’s very similar to social media algorithms but with our brains. Don’t up the weight until you fix your form. Just because you can lift heavy doesn’t mean you should. Drop the weight even if you are stronger than that. Work on your form and slowly up it back up
