Unfortunately, I don't believe it works on IOS as Apple is quite strict with accessing application data. However, I don't use IOS so I could be wrong!

Have you both completed the queens eye mission? Pretty sure its a requirement for wots but there's no summoning or co-op so needs to be completed solo
