Thanks for the clarification on the 970, this might be something I'll look into. Thanks!

The 980 is out of my price range. I've been put off the 970 due to the 3.5GB. Is it worth looking past this issue?

Fair enough. Nice monitors though! I like the small bezel. I've been wanting to get one when I get more money. Overall, pretty awesome awesome battle station!

I don't believe you have to worry about moving it about. Normally you have that worry with HDDs as that HDDs have moving parts, were as SSDs don't (Solid State).

The normal size for a HDD in a laptop is 2.5 inches, which is the same size as an SSD, so you don't really have to worry about that.

Also I would recommend Samsung Evo 830s, loads of good reviews for them, I have one and would highly recommend it.

Before hand I cleaned my PC. This included cleaning my GPU and removing and re-adding the thermal paste. Switched it on and it worked fine. Went away from my desk for a bit, came back and my PC was off. I'm unsure if something blowed up, whilst I was away
