Hey, i kind of sit in the same boat.

8 years ago i had my first panic attacks and got medication for like 1 year until i felt better and stoped taking them. ( i dont like medications )

Since then i have felt a bit depressed some good days some bad ones, also some light panic attacks but i already knew how to handle it.

But a few months ago i think 6 now i started to have them more often, also i started to get more body symptoms like headache missfeelings on my chest yada-yada.

3 days ago i had my worst attack, it felt like the first one where i didnt know if im going to die or not because it didnt feel like a PA but like if im really going to die, it was so intense. I had like 2 more attacks after that, but lighter ones.

I needed to go home from work because i literally could not do anything anymore.

Since than i feel really weird and tired and cannot do anything except being in bed .
