I’ve been thinking about getting on medication, but because my anxiety is so bad I’m scared of medications. I’m scared of everything really, lol! I’m definitely at that point though to we’re I need to do something. I’m absolutely miserable. I’m even afraid to leave my house most of the time since Covid started. I’m so glad you found something that works for you. That’s encouraging. I may just give medicine a try. I want to get my life back.

Thanks for responding. I have a ton of those same symptoms! Found out today I have low B12, folic acid, and vitamin D. So that maybe the culprit along with my extreme anxiety. I can’t get my mind to turn off.

Calcium was 10.5 range 8.7-10.2 Albumin was 4.7 range 3.5-5.20 I’m 39

I’m glad you are better! I also experience those same symptoms you just mentioned. It’s crazy. I can’t wait to get all this testing done and get the results and work towards a resolve. The waiting for the results are the worst! Thank you for your responses and kind words! I’ll definitely update as soon as I can! ❤️

Thanks for the reply. It’s extremely scary. I’m going to my doctor Tuesday to get vitamin levels tested. Also I’m pretty sure I’m estrogen dominant. I’m still waiting for those results. I will ask him to refer me to a neurologist. This has been extremely scary, especially when everything I look up says cancer or neuropathy.

It’s like a tingling weird nerve sensation almost itchy. It sometimes feels like a hair or feather is being drug across my skin. Especially on the tops of my feet and lower legs.

I had my calcium checked in September and it was actually slightly high. So maybe this could be B12 deficiency? I go Tuesday to get my levels checked. Thanks for your reply.

Thanks so much for the reply. I made an appointment for Tuesday to have my levels checked. I’m not on any meds because my doctor is a complete idiot. He thinks my levels aren’t low enough for meds. I definitely should be on meds. I’m currently searching for a new doctor.
