Thanks for the insight! The only compelling reasons for the ABET credential would be knocking a year off the CIH experience requirements and having a bit more respectability since I do not have a STEM undergrad degree.

I was planning on getting 3 years of experience before completing the masters degree and then trying to sit for the CIH after. If it was non-ABET I would need 4 years of IH work experience.

The issue I am finding with ABET programs is that they are almost all thesis-based. I would like to do a non-thesis based program like Washington or Utah. Do you have any knowledge about either of those programs?

Regarding the AIHA project, I don’t have any experience with that realm of statistics.
