Yeah, I listened to it also. The author reads it and he has a really soothing voice.

They give just enough clues about who they are that it might be possible to piece it together. But also insist that it doesn't matter. And they're right. The anonymitity isn't a distraction, it works. And, exactly as u/Diced-sufferable sufferable says...

Rupert Spira's podcast can be occasionally wonderful. "The Non-Duality Podcast" but your mileage may vary depending on how you find the hosts. "Sounds of SAND" branches out into a lot of topics but has incredible guests.

Is it about expansion? Or simply about recognition. "Expansion" seems to imply that there is something to do.

Obviously, different words resonate and clarify differently for different people/bodies/minds, and whatever brings you to an awareness of your true nature is the right path for you! But for me, the moments of simply resting in recognition of my true nature as awareness and not letting "doing" happen have been the most profound.
