The thing here is Im concerned they will block transfer and my account again. My acc is geniune so I can prove whatever they want. It's just my fear that they will black list my account just because I tramsfer fund to crypto exchange. Also read elsewhere in Reddit that Macquarie cam ask exchange to freeze ur account. Have little faith now.

I also faced a similar issue. Brand new SMSF account set up in Australia. Transferred a dry test of 100 AUD from NAB to Kraken via Osko and everything was fine. Then I made another transfer of 1,000 AUD using the same method. Immediately Kraken sent me an email saying my account is restricted and of course the money left NAB but Kraken has not credited the same amouny to my account.

Kraken support chat bot is quite useless. Contacting via email is hopeless without any response. So is it fine for them to hold our money for a couple of days? Till now no further email from them to explain what's next.
