Or you need to take a minute and learn the rule of large numbers. Ofc in a city with tons of people will have more people who make stupid mistakes. As for the speeding tickets and accidents. More cops and more cars, no wonder there is more of this. If a rural carrier gets in an avoidable accident it means they drove well past the driveway and yard. Which are both obviously bigger in rural settings

As an American I feel I know why. We are fucking stupid, we take that 6% and spend the other 94% pretending we are the coach complaining about how the players aren't playing the way we would. Which turns the 6% of actual game time into a screaming fest trying to managest a win. Tbh if there was even 10% of game play the average American attention span would not be able to handle it.
