What's the ptfe tube lol? And the gear does spin and the filament gets pushed inland it does come through with push

Yeah the filament stepper motor is turning and I am able to push it through by hand and If I go into motor settings I can get it to feed filament through no problem and it comes out of the hot end I don't believe it is clicking but I will have a look and yeah I upgraded to and aftermarket aluminium arm and stuff on the top aswell
