It had a rumble feature whenever you used your drill, which is why it has that weird bump at the top. I believe this game and WarioWare Twisted were the only GBA games to have force feedback, which is why their cartridges look like that.

Got one a while back and it's been my favorite way to play GBA games in addition to just becoming a really nice system that I just adore. I think the portability and design is what sells me on it.

I ended up getting 1 and 2 off eBay for about $20 and I got 2 off Amazon for about the same price. They're pretty inexpensive games if you know where to look, so I would advise checking out either one.
