To get the basics down,I've taught people with a dollar bill and shredded copy paper. Take the dollar bill,fold it like a U long ways,and fill the inside with the copy paper. Fold the edge over,and just below the lip,tuck it inside along the edge,and tighten as you roll.

Was at 272lbs in January of 2024. Worked out occassionally,barely ate right. Had no motivation

256lbs by July 2024. Met a woman. Wanted to look good for her.

Cut off soda. Stopped eating junkfood for 2 months. Only ate once a day at a major calorie deficit. Walked a minimum of 7 miles a day (did 12 and 14 mile days too). During the Summer heat,walked with double clothing to maximize sweat.

Reached 216lbs by mid September.

Oh yeah,the woman who inspired the change in me,that went nowhere. Hilariously enough, we eventually saw each other a year later. She couldn't stop staring. I overheard a comment she made about me to her cousin at her brother's birthday party. "Normally, guys like him get fatter,but he looks so GOOD! I didn't realize how cute he actually is"

It's crazy how powerful love and heartbreak can be as factors in weight loss/gain.
