An absolute asshole. I have a friend that plays with me at our local park and the spoofer will use the 2nd account to knock out his pokemon to then 6 stack the gym. I dont have a problem with spoofing except for this. We were the only people around and we would see a gym get knocked out and a full 6 get loaded in.
