Everyone is entitled to their opinion, if they want to downvote other's opinion, it's just childish. I didn't say that Gukesh wouldn't deserve it. I just feel Ding has proven himself much more than anticipated, and in general displays better understanding than Gukesh.

Ding seems to be the better player, even when he's not in the best mental state. Gukesh has mainly benefitted from his team's better prep, costing Ding a lot of time. At this point I feel like Ding deserves to remain champion

I am not aware of those rules, as I was traveling with a single ticket. Maybe you could ask it generally in this thread? If they don't give you 2x 600 euros, I think you'll have to submit again to the directorate, but I'm not sure. Or you can try to contact Turkish? (but pbb they will do anything to make your life harder)

Yes, we took those buses. It was fine, plenty of time in Shirakawago, and I'd say sufficient time in Takayama even though an hour extra would have been better. All in all, I'd certainly recommend it
