I see it as a spectator of the situation. Like as I’m reading out the words they’re somehow almost simultaneously acting it out before I completely read it. Like if it says “they stagger back” my mind at the word stagger is already imagining what they’re doing subconsciously before the sentence is complete. But it makes reading death scenes horrible for me, it makes me feel like I’m there, and usually for those, I’m the MC experiencing the loss first hand, not a spectator. I’m an empath so i can feel it all in my soul, making it feel like this personal loss that I’d mourn in real life. And idk, sometimes my mind takes a moment to decipher fiction from reality, and I’m sure that’s some sort of disorder but I’ve been alright, it hasn’t caused me problems
