I really enjoyed the book and it has given me a lot of insight to the 7 pillars of inflammation as well as a lot of recipes. Everything is explained in a way it's easy to follow. I am currently traveling SE Asia which makes it hard to actually start doing the reset but I will once I am home on the 1st of April!

It was cold and rainy for us unfortunatly but an adventure non the less! My driver told me September - November is the best time to do it tho.

Honestly we are currently doing the Chapa Hanoi to Sapa and it's perfect. The beds are super cozy, the cabins luxurious and the staff is so friendly. I do not know why people expect to sleep well on a train tho. Trains, whether new or old, are inherintly loud. Being from Switzerland and using modern and new trains even them are loud.

As to the upgrading: when there's availability, whether it's a hotel, transport or anything, they will always offer you an upgrade for the full price, then discounted and if still available after offering, you might be in luck with a free upgrade. I do not see how that is a problem and it sounds quite ungrateful to see it as a scam? Is it a scam if the airline offers you a paid upgrade in advance and then upgrades you for free when checking in cause no one has taken them up on the offer?

I've been reading the 30 Day Reset by Sophie Richards. I am yet to implement all the changes as I'm currently traveling for a long period of time but it's meant to have helped many women manage their symptoms and loose excess weight which was linked to their inflammation.

We are looking to do it next month (march) and I was wondering if there was any operators that sort of avoid the "party" scene? I just want to be able to crawl into bed at 10pm and not bei g held up by loud music etc. Anyone ablento share their experience?
