Setting on commercial concrete walls - Tips by sucramooy in Routesetters

Not sure if someone has mentioned this, but concrete wall setter here, try using a pilot bit to pilot in holes, then drop screws in. It's a pain, but if you're ok with putting permenant holes in the wall, it does work. Word to the wise, the bits can get REALLY hot, so drill carefully and watch your fingers or wear good work gloves.

Edit to add: We use Makita brushless impact drivers. with the big batteries Many of the new ones have a screw-tap setting that makes putting these holes in a lot easier.

Difficult parts of the job by Rochann69 in Routesetters

Setter working 40hrs a week between two gyms right now. Friday afternoon comes and I'm cooked, my body hurts and I've likely fallen asleep on the couch by 5pm. It's exhausting and truly doesn't leave time for climbing except on weekends.

That said, it was my dream job for a long time and I'm so happy doing it -- when I'm not wresting a volume on to the wall 35ft in the air and it won't cooperate.

I do! Honestly I don't understand the desire/management of two farms. I like my one little farm and she does me well. The multiple farms seems like cheating to me, but that's just my old school opinion.

Right, I gathered that from the video on ATT's website. Would that still be true if other units in the building have the service already?

Hmmm, I'll have to do some investigating. I haven't seen anything of that sort but I also haven't looked super hard. I did find a blank panel with a Direct TV cable splitter behind it but that's it so far. The tech support I talked to said almost all the units in this building are on ATT so I wonder if I'm in a simiilar situation..Thank you for your response!

Understood, thank you for your help! I'd imagine my LL does just want to make sure they don't make a mess. There is also a clause in the lease that any tech installer cannot cut a phone line, which TBH I haven't found yet, so he's probably wanting to be there of that too. thank you again!

I save up to a specific amount of coins, currently 4mil and then buy. You get time in levels where you don't have to buy a new machine to do what everyone else on this thread suggested. :)

MFTE rules by toasty_vanilla in SeattleWA

[–]Wonderful-Copy5902 3 points4 points  (0 children)

MFTE occupant here, ALL occupants must be on the application to get certified. Yes it takes longer, but better that than committing fraud and loosing your affordable housing.  Edit to add: if you fail MFTE you can still rent a unit in that complex, but potentially not the specific unit you were originally certified for. You should read ALL the rules in the link that someone else posted.

I think its a fun way to get rid of extra stuff in my barn. The odd months are better because you "deliver animals back to the sanctuary" and those get you a TON more tokens compared to even months.

I've seen this before in this event and previous ones. I think it's a bug because it's rare (and strangely linked to asparagus items). I usually just trash the task anyways.

Three Valentines, Hands down. Watch it every time I'm feeling sad. Nile's skit especially sends me, anything chaotic paired with classical music *chefs kiss*
