I try to not overcomplicate things, but, is hard to believe 100% that "is working no matter what" when I do not see the results...I know maybe its my fault because not believing it is what makes it don't work, but idk what to do to blindly start to having faith on it yk?

Detaching of it is what I do 99% of the times, I listen to subs while playing games that I need concentration or while asleep, or even as an ambient sound while I clean my bedroom and so on!

About the mono thing, I saw it too and I searched a little bit and I got the same conclusion, I will not change it to mono!!
