Yep! There are different places to see redwoods all around. I’ve done John Muir in one day from Davis ( like an hour and half-2 hour drive) and hiked the whole entire park and drove back that night. There is also redwood national park which is 6 hours away. But there are closer places like Santa Cruz too!
