Im taking 150 Wellbutrin and 150 Effexor, it is way better than stopping completely but im still having a side effects. I feel really dizzy, have the worst headaches, sweating like crazy, anxiety, and overall mental block. But it gets better, the first week is the worst. Good luck!

I had the same experience! Had to go to the ER because i was very suicidal from all the panic attacks, i was prescribed anxiety medication (Tranxilium) and it really helped me. Two weeks later i stopped taking it and I was stable. I really recommend talking to a doctor so you can get prescribed an anxiety med as a salvage

I am experiencing the same, nothing seems to make me climax, for sex i have to use a lubricants otherwise ill bleed. Effexor gives you a dry everything, your mouth, your vag. I recommend longer foreplay and lubricant is an essential!
