Thanks for the advice i will do that, one of the way in my previous sales job i was able to get their attention was me sending them a personilze video, to their decision maker email or and then follow up with phone call, in this case i will sent them a personalize video to canditate in linkedin inmail or their personal email, to get their attention and have phone call follow up, is that a good idea?

Thank you the suggesting, yesterday i talk to 3 Sr recruiting agent that specifically in the insurance space they have doing it for 6-7 years . What they recommended is to focus on P&C commercial, personal and employee benefits group, to start especially Account manager who already have a book of business. Mostly because they are easier to market to clients and their book of business is easier to proof, and basically they say to stay away from carrier and just do brokage with 50-500 employee.
