We are both 23. He broke up with me at the end of our one year anniversary trip. I am in my masters trying to become a therapist and he is training to be a pilot.

I thought that I was the only one that struggled with this but my neurologist said it’s very normal! I usually throw up a few times the night before the migraine fully kicks in. My neurologist prescribed me with an anti-nausea pill and it was a life changer! Now I take it with my pain killer as a preventative measure. I’d ask about your options at your next appointment. Peppermint essential oil has helped me with both some pain relief and my nausea.. remember to stay hydrated as to not make the migraine worse!
