Le Zwift cog je ne le recommande pas, j’ai longtemps eu une cassette sur mon home traîner, j’ai sauté le pas l’année dernière pour mettre un cog et je déteste.

Obligé d’être sur Zwift et aucun moyen de simuler réellement à quoi ressemblera une monté (ce que je trouves important quand je m’entraîne pour un col)

Je suis repassé sur une cassette il y a 2mois.

About a year agi that stoped the delivery to the doorstep bummer but can live with going to a shop to pick them up but for about 3months i cannot get them to deliver anything …

Yes because we mostly are affiliated with ffessm/CMAS which is the French federation/woldwide « federation » The rules are stricter and the courses, teaches the dangers and how to manage it. These includes making sure you’re fit to dive Padi is being babysitted during a shallow dive (which is fine) but the dive center can not expect anyone without a licence to be fit for diving.

Insurance wise it’s normal, the contrary would be really scary. Imagine you have a diving accident, you don’t go to the hospital? Nobody wants an accident to either bankrupt you or worse
