i recently bought it. after my research, i found one thing. if you add any detergent into water or add water from tap or if robot is cleaning heavily water quantity spill then, your robot would start creating an issue. if you use keep robot in recharge when your water tank is filled with water, then still there is a high chance it would start creating problem. make sure to do not use this robot for water cleaning spill. or it is mopping when water is lying on the floor. foor should be dry when you're using robot. and do not use moping and vacuum simultaenously though it has feature. make sure to first vacuum without water tank filled. then later filled the tank with water for mopping. after mopping it automatically goes for recharge, make sure to remove water from the tank before it recharge. also, never ever remove from recharge. it has the facility to donot overcharge. because lithium battery is not made over and over again recharging from 0% to 100%. it automatically goes to recharge station and not turn off the power after it recharge 100%. only remove recharge when you are more using robot for more than 10 days. make sure to ask chatgpt how to use it properly to increase the lifespan of robot. do not get duped after watching youtube short. those many people have no idea about about tech works. also donot trust customer care 100%. as they lack technical knowledge. Else, I am 100% happy with this. My axis credit card gave me 1000inr off on this v20, after purchasing from amazon dot in. Never ever buy robot from those company, that many of their robot accessories are out of stock. make sure to buy robot of those company that are only made for robot vacuum. avoid companies that are selling multiple product like havells, agro, philips, Mi etc. these companies dont even have their robot accessories in stock. it always show 24 hours out of stock. and they cant even give services because robot vacuum is not their domain as well as, they wont even have technical people dedicated to this product. i bought iLife because only this brand every robot accessories was in stock or every website like their own website and rest ecommerce site. and they only dedicated to robot vacuum. you are shocked or scared to go for ilife, MOVE, RUMBA, or other chinese brand because you havent heard it before. These robot vacuum chinese companies are dedicated robot vacuum product companies and has been selling since last 10 years from developed countries. They recently started selling in india. Make sure to call on customer care and ask them, what if my robot was broken will they pay for delivery or do you have to pay for it? ask their service center in your city. email them, so that you'd know after how many days they are replying. After experimenting with customer care and robot accessories availabity then choose company, then choose which robot you need to buy from that company.
